Are you a master’s student who wants to work with real data, real projects, and real impact—while still studying? We are looking for a part-time student to join our Digitalization Department at our head office in Lysaker, with a start date in summer/autumn 2026.The position is open to both Norwegian- and English-speaking students.

Your Role
The construction industry is notorious for lagging behind other industries in terms of productivity and lack of digitalization. At Implenia, you will have a unique opportunity to help change that. Since 2021, we have replaced paper-based methods on our construction sites with modern digital solutions.
With access to real time reporting from the field, suppliers, cost reports and planning tools, you will join our digital team in unlocking critical insights for our production managers. Your work will be used directly by decision-makers across the organization.
You will have access to the Microsoft technology stack, and work with our digital transformation team to build analytics strategies and reports targeting all parts of our organization.
You will contribute in areas such as:
- Highlighting connections between production output, logistics and contractual obligations
- Data structuring and analytics
- Data integrity verification and coherence
- PowerBI modelling and visualization
- Data storytelling
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for engaged and motivated master’s students who want to apply their academic knowledge to real-world challenges within infrastructure and digital transformation.
Relevant study backgrounds include master’s programs such as:
- Data Science for Business
- Business and Analytics
You are proactive, curious, and comfortable taking initiative. You enjoy working collaboratively and want to contribute to tangible results in a complex, interdisciplinary environment.
Knowledge of relevant tools and technologies we use is an advantage.
The internship is open to both Norwegian- and English-speaking students.
